The "Getting Help" page includes how-to guides, instructional videos, links to the Knowledge Base, and API Documentation. If you have a specific question that is not answered by these sections, select the "Contact Us" tab in the bottom right corner. Fill out your name/email and provide a brief description of your problem. You will receive email confirmation when your request is sent, and then again when your ticket has been addressed.
There are two ways to access the CONS3RT support system:
1. Home Page: Click on the "Support" tab.
2. Logged in: Click on your name in the top right corner and then select the "Support" option from the drop-down menu. You will be redirected to the "Getting Help" page.
